The perfect location of Miraflores offers the fastest connection to all trip destinations along the coast, in the mountainous interior of the country and to more than 50 golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

The Miraflores resort is owned by private proprietors and as such is in a position to offer you vacation options you would otherwise only find at traditional hotel resorts.

Countless craftsmen and gardeners demonstrate their skills here every day as they maintain the excellent reputation of the property with its tropical gardens and manicured apartment and pool facilities. The security service patrols the grounds 24/7 to ensure your safety. Many locations, in particular the stairways to the apartments and pool areas are under video camera surveillance.


Each apartment complex has its own private pool area with gated access. The pool facilities all offer generously dimensioned swimming pools, some of which are fenced in for safety reasons. Toddlers and small children will enjoy the well structured low water kiddy pools. Guests receive lounge chairs and umbrella at no additional charge.

All pool areas have a pool bar operated by an independent caterer. They are open daily between early March and the end of October. Your hosts will not only serve cold beverages, but also a wide selection of snacks as well as crisp salads. Weekly barbecues are always on the agenda, and you will also have the opportunity to sample the famous paella.

Those who prefer not to drive to an off the property restaurant or to cook in their apartment will always find good food at restaurant Centro Miraflores at the property club house. It is located on a pool that is very attractively lit in the evenings.

Spanish and international cuisine is served here against the backdrop of a show program or live music. The club restaurant offers a children's playground as well as a bar and lounge area with cozy seating inside the tropical garden.

On the property itself you will find three tennis courts for your athletic enjoyment. If you are ready for a round, simply go to the reception of the sports center, which has its own bar and pool, where you can book not only the courts and the equipment for a reasonable free, but also trainer sessions for adults and children. Stuart Bale, who played in the Olympics and participated in the Wimbledon matches five times, has been a professional trainer on location for over 18 years and is looking forward to working on your backhand with you!

If you're into less taxing sports but like to stay active, we recommend you join the friends of respectable lawn bowling. But do remember the dress code: all white garb is a must. Very British! Two artificial lawn bowling greens with adjacent bars managed by congenial English hosts are at your disposal.

All year long, the vicinity of Miraflores will have everything you might need to have a perfect holiday!

If you want to run your daily shopping errands, relax with a glass of wine or a refreshing beer or even a scrumptious cocktail in the evening, there's no need to always take out the rental car: In walking distance from your apartment, you will find a Spanish Venta, international restaurants, bars and pubs that offer splendid evening entertainment.


In the immediate neighborhood, you can walk to the supermarket in just a few minutes, as well as to the Miraflores Golf Club with its 18-hole course, golf academy, driving range and restaurant. Courses at the Miraflores Golf Academy can be booked year-round.

Children are very welcome here, too. Along with classic coaching and the further improvement of your handicap, the school, which is managed by pro Mark Sibley boasts more than 33 years of experience and offers a slew of interesting playing and training options.

Explore numerous interesting destinations in the vicinity. The manicured beaches of La Cala, Cabopino or Elviria offer that coveted fine sand and endless fun in the mediterranean at temperatures you will find delightful - 20 to 28 degrees from early April until the end of October. Listen to the sounds of the water rushing in the evenings while pampering your palate with fresh caught fish at the acclaimed Chiringuitos – budget priced beach eateries that set up tables right on the water’s edge.

The Chiringuitos will also offer you especially well tended beach sections with lounge chairs and umbrellas for about EUR 4 per day. Other specialties many Chiringuitos serve frequently are fresh sardines grilled on a stick charcoal fire set up on top of sand-filled retired boats.

If you are ready for an expansive shopping adventure, check out one of the numerous weekly markets: La Cala, Fuengirola and Marbella are just a few minutes away by car. Hone your wheeling and dealing skills to buy budget priced clothing, jewelry or leather goods.

Last but not least, you can of course easily reach every point of interest in Andalucia from Miraflores. In just five minutes you will be on the access road to the A7, which connects Málaga and Gibraltar.
