Duration of your stay: minimum 5 nights. Rates for special discounts are not eligible for combination with H&S discounts Last Minute, 21plus and Loyal Guest. The displayed time frames for promotion days (orange) do not have to be booked completely – the prices pertain to arrivals and departures during the stipulated time frames only for the occupancy as described in our special offer. The occupancy for special offers may deviate from the standard of the apartments.
All special offers include: all ancillary costs*, final cleaning, plenty of towels (incl. for beach & pool) and bed linens.

Our standard discounts allow you to take advantage of interesting discounts per night that are valid at any time - regardless of whether you travel during our promo days, the season, the occupancy or bank holidays.
If you request a rate that is eligible, our booking system will automatically offer you the H&S standard discounts. H&S discounts cannot be combined: the highest discount available for any reservation will always apply.

New: Spending the winter with H&S!
As of December 2011 you will also be able to spend the winter with H&S on the Costa del Sol! From December 1 to March 31, for a total of 4 months, we will offer all our apartments for long-term rent seekers - at special conditions:
You rent an H&S holiday home "net". The price includes the cost for the community, the water consumption, comprehensive sheets and towels package as well as the final cleaning. The electricity costs are calculated according to the consumption on the meter reading. The minimum stay: 4 weeks.
