Our simple price structure, easy to understand, without any small print and hidden additional charges, in combination with our comprehensive service package guarantees easy vacation planning for you as well as incomparable value for your money; setting new standards for owners of vacation rentals and apart hotels. You'll hardly find a 5-star comfort for a 3-star rate!

The pricing is simply based on Summer Season starting April 1st and ending September 30th and Winter Season, starting October 1st and will transit into the New Year, so this season ends on March 31st.

All rates are per night regardless of the number of guests, as long the maximum occupancy per apartment is not exceeded. All reservations made with H&S are subject to our GTC. Minimum stay is 5 nights, maximum stay is 28 nights.

All GBP rates are calculated to give approximately equivalent results only

All full service rates include the following: Airport transfer, rental car (VW Polo/Ford Fiesta), unlimited mileage, € 350 deductible), all incidentals, final cleaning, an ample supply of towels (including beach/pool towels) and bed linens as well as the H&S Catering Package: essential basic foods and beverages, fresh fruits and a bottle of house red for a warm welcome.

Surcharge: Perfect Air Conditioning for a Cool Stay...

At the Costa del Sol the summer months of July and August are especially hot. As a result, we charge a surcharge of EUR 3.50 per day on all reservations made for these two months to absorb some of the substantially higher operating costs. All H&S apartments are equipped with central air conditioning systems to ensure that you are perfectly comfortable day and night, even when the temperature reaches 40° C outside, but some of the electricity bills we receive do cause us sleepless nights... We are sure you will understand that we have to ask you to make a fair contribution to this added expense.

H&S also adds a laundry surcharge of EUR 30 per stay for the use of sofa beds.
