This is simple and quickly explained: where the standards of other landlords end, is where the H&S standard begins. Then H&S offers you far more than just the usual hand-over of anonymous keys:

In addition to our exclusive apartments you can expect a personal, friendly and competent service. We are always approachable and happy to help you before and after the handover of the keys. You will find a service telephone in each H&S apartment. If you have any questions during your stay with us - simply call us!

At H&S you do not hire a home for any Dick and Harry! It is the small but crucial details that characterize our very special service.

H&S Apartments are quietly located, offering unobstructed breathtaking views,
a modern, tasteful furnishings and décor, are handed over diligently cleaned and fully equipped. Regardless of it being for example beach and pool towels, hair dryer and room safe - there's nothing you would miss during your holiday!

H&S is a valued Platinum-business partner of SIXT. You can likewise reserve your rental car at a fair price over our online booking system. This allows you to enjoy a very special service from H&S:

The airport transfer from and to Malaga in a modern shuttle bus is included in the rental car reservation. We take care of the whole booking process. Your car will be available for you upon your arrival, washed and with a full tank in front of your holiday home. On the day of your departure, simply leave the car in front of your door - we will take care of the return and bring you back to the airport in time!

An absolutely stress-free arrival and departure, without the need of searching for a rental car counter or holiday resort, no unwanted credit card charges, no intransparent tank clauses as is currently usually the case by many providers and most of all no hassles with rental car companies at the airport, who do not (want to) speak your language...

As we are responsible for handling the whole process, we guarantee that you will be provided with a vehicle from the booked vehicle category and vouch for an absolutely clean and new or nearly new vehicle at industry-standard insurance rates - with no deductible. In case of any damage you do not pay a cent.

We offer you a VW Polo (or equivalent model) per default over our reservation system for the rates as shown above. No hidden costs, no dubious clauses. Would you rather drive a fancy convertible, or an off-roader? Perhaps you instead prefer an estate for your golf bag?

Through our partnership with SIXT we are able to offer vehicles of all classes: from the trendy Mini to the 7-seater Viano, from the Peugeot 207 Cabriolet to the Aston Martin. So if you want to drive a different vehicle than the popular VW Polo, please feel free to contact us at any time before booking. We will immediately send you a non-binding offer.

Of course you could save some bucks using other car hire companies. If you don't book your rental car with us, don't worry: you are still a highly appreciated guest of H&S!

If you book your rental car from another provider, attached to your booking confirmation we will send you a road map, leading you to a meeting point near Miraflores. The drive to the meeting point from Malaga airport will take you appr. 45 minutes in normal traffic situations. Once you've arrived at the meeting point, we will guide you to your apartment to hand over keys and to explain the installations of your holiday home.

Did you book a holiday home with H&S?

Congratulations, you have made a wise choice! To find out about the steps that will follow after you have made your reservation, read below.

After you have made a binding reservation, we will enter your information into our guest administration system and send you a complete booking confirmation within no more than three business days. It will include our hospitality and cancellation policies as well as a profile of your reserved holiday rental in PDF format.


Within 30 days after you have made your reservation, we expect you to make deposit of 25 % of your package price to our account. As an alternative, we will also be pleased to take your credit card information (VISA or MasterCard) via phone. Please stipulate a good time for us to reach you in an e-mail so that we can call you back to discretely charge your credit card.

The balance payment is due on location on the day of departure - just like in a hotel. You will receive an invoice. You can pay cash or via credit card. For all terms and conditions, please refer to our GTC which we advise you to read beforehand.

If you have booked your rental car from SIXT via our reservation system, we will pick you up at Malaga airport and drive you to Miraflores in our modern shuttle bus. If you have booked your rental car from another provider, we expect your arrival at the meeting point near Miraflores right after pick up of your rental car at Malaga aiport. The meeting point is attached to your booking confirmation.

According to our GTC, you can check into your holiday rental as of 3.00 PM. Provided the previous tenant as already checked out the day before or even earlier, you will be able to occupy your apartment even earlier.

However, if a change in occupancy occurs on the same day and you arrive before 3.00 PM, we will kindly ask you to enjoy the pool or relax in the central club house until it’s time for you to check-in. We will of course store your luggage in a safe place until you can move in.

Upon check-in, we will first and foremost give you a comprehensive in-apartment tour. Not only will we give you the keys to the apartment, but also all the information you need for a perfect stay. We want to make sure that you know where all the nearby shopping and restaurants are. A map of Miraflores and vicinity can be found in each of our apartments along with an information folder containing many helpful tips that will keep your stay stress free.

We are at your service!
All you have to do is push a button on your H&S service telephone where we are available to assists you almost around the clock during your stay in Miraflores. If you have booked add-on services for your stay, we will provide them in a hospitable and timely manner. However, if you should decide to order a pizza at 1.00 AM, we might not always answer the phone...

On the day of your departure you do not have to check out before 12 noon. If we are not expecting new guests to check into your apartment on your departure day, you may even stay in the apartment until it's time for you to depart for the airport - but you will have to make prior arrangements. You do not have to clean your holiday home as final cleaning is included in your package. We will accept all keys from you and will hand over your apartment to our service staff.

If you have booked a SIXT rental car on our website, you have received your car with a full tank of gas and of course that’s exactly how we would like you to return it to us.

We will pick up the rental car around noon time to return it to the SIXT branch office in Marbella. For the shuttle pick-up time in front of your apartment, we schedule 2.5 hours prior to the departure time of your flight (July and August: 3 hours). We will pull up in front of your apartment right on time for your safe and convenient trip back to the airport. If you have booked your rental car from another provider, we will meet you latest at noon to receive the keys for your apartment.

Meaningful, optional additional bookable extras will make your holiday really perfect! Our booking system makes it possible:

Order besides your SIXT rental car also e.g. a catering package that includes basic food & beverages upon arrival, the popular flowers and champagne arrangement, toddler furniture, internet connection, anti-allergy bedding, GPS navigation or intermediate cleaning at reasonable service charges - either directly online during the booking procedure or on site over our room service.

You usually can find our service package only in really good hotels. No empty promises: we have a hotel license!
